Pizza shop trip

Our class had so much fun going to the Pizza shop and making our very own pizzas. We got to experience the steps of patting and flattening the dough, adding the sauce and cheese, carrying it to the pizza man to put in the oven, and finally, eating it!

Literacy month has come to Prenursery!

Thank you Madeleine, Levi, and Elana's moms for coming and reading a book to the class. The children were so excited to share a book from home with their friends.

We went to the Public Library today. We had a reading circle with Librarian Sophia and she showed us around the library.

Tu B'Shvat

We had so much fun at our Tu B'Shvat party. We tried all seven foods that grow in Israel. We also tried two new fruits, Persimmon and Asian Pear. We discussed how the trees have been sleeping all winter and now they start to wake up and get ready for Spring.

Fire Station Trip

This week, we have been learning about fire fighters and the fire station. We learned that fire fighters are our friends and help us out. We learned that they have a special number 911.

We painted a red fire hat for us to take home.
We acted out being fire fighters. We practice calling on our pretend phone 911. Then, our fire fighter friend came with their "water hose" and they sprayed the flame out with their water sprayer.
